About Chefy

Run your kitchen. From one place.

Chefy is the all-in-one platform powering weekly menus, online orders, payments, and delivery for independent kitchens.

Our mission

Chefy started with a simple problem: eating well takes more planning than most people have time for, and the chefs who could solve that were running their kitchens out of WhatsApp threads, notebooks and M-Pesa messages.

So we built the other side of it. One place for a chef to plan the week's menu, take orders through their own link, get paid, cook from a shopping list that already adds itself up, and put every delivery on a map. And for the person ordering: a menu, a checkout, and meals that arrive when they said they would.

Today Chefy runs the whole loop (menus, orders, ingredients, drivers, payments and reports) for independent kitchens everywhere. No monthly fee, because a platform should only earn when the kitchen does.

What Chefy does

Everything a kitchen needs between planning a menu and handing over the food.

Weekly menu planning

Build a meal library once, then publish a week at a time. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, priced per serving, live on your page the moment you publish.

Your own ordering page

Every kitchen gets a shareable link and QR code. Customers browse this week's menu and check out there. No app to install, no account to create.

Payments that just work

Card and mobile money through Paystack, confirmed automatically. Chefy takes 10% of a completed order and nothing else. No monthly fee, no setup cost.

Delivery and live tracking

Add your own drivers, assign deliveries, and let customers watch their order move across the city. Fees are priced by road distance from your kitchen.

Ingredients and shopping lists

Cost each meal by its ingredients, then let Chefy add up the week's orders into one shopping list, so you buy once rather than per order.

Reports that mean something

Revenue, average order value, fulfillment rate and your most popular meals, drawn from the orders you actually cooked.

Building the technology behind great food

Naifeast is a food-technology studio founded by Dave Wagacira, building the software that food businesses run on. It is the team behind DineBook, the restaurant management platform, Nairobi Feast, the dining discovery and reservations app, and now Chefy.

Chefy is Naifeast's kitchen product: the software an independent chef actually runs on, from the menu they publish on Monday to the delivery that arrives on Thursday. It is built to empower local kitchens everywhere.
